- Composition
- Formulated from an amino-based urea-formaldehyde liquid resin matrix, chemically cross-linked to purified alpha-cellulose fibre reinforcers, combined with light-fast, non-fading colour pigments.
- Processing
- Processed via compression moulding inside heated steel matrices to yield glossy, scratch-resistant, chemically inert surfaces. Used to mass-manufacture cosmetic bottle caps, pharmaceutical closures, toilet seat covers, lamp shades, household serving trays, and decorative indoor switches.
