Phenol Formaldehyde Moulding Powder

Phenol Formaldehyde (P.F.) Moulding Powder is a stable compound engineered from phenolic resins and precision fillers (including soot and graphite). Known for thermal stability, high dielectric strength, and robust electrical insulation, this thermoset plastic is made through a multi-step manufacturing process under quality control. It cures into a durable, heat-resistant, chemically resilient structure for dependable, high-load industrial applications.

Bakelite Moulding Powder

Bakelite Moulding Powder

Industrial / Automotive Casing
Applications
Heavy-duty electrical switchgear components, automotive parts, heat-resistant housings, and structural handles.
Composition
Made from a thermosetting phenolic novolac resin matrix, synthesised from the polycondensation of phenol and formaldehyde, and reinforced with finely ground wood flour, carbon black (soot), and structural lubricants.
Processing
Processed under industrial heat (150°C – 180°C) and mechanical pressure using automated compression moulding or heavy injection moulding machinery. Used for high-wear structural casings, heavy machinery knobs, automotive housing brackets, and high-impact control elements.
Handles Moulding Powder

Handles Moulding Powder

Industrial / Thermal Cookware Handles
Applications
Ergonomic, thermally insulated handles for cookware, machinery levers, domestic appliances, and control wheels.
Composition
A balanced phenol-formaldehyde polymer base loaded with low-conductivity thermal insulators, structural organic fillers, and impact-resistance modifiers.
Processing
Fed into hot moulding presses to form parts with superior thermal barrier characteristics. Engineered for compression or injection moulding into heat-isolated handles for household cookware, frying pans, oven door grips, and commercial kitchen appliance controls.
Bakelite Powder

Bakelite Powder

Industrial Compounding & Friction Mats
Applications
General-purpose compression moulding, mechanical parts, terminal boards, and industrial casings.
Composition
A pure, finely milled, high-density un-plasticised thermosetting phenolic granule compound with controlled cross-linking speed.
Processing
Used in raw formulation processes as a high-binding matrix agent. Compressed and cured under heat to manufacture bonded grinding wheels, automotive friction brake linings, clutch pads, and heavy industrial insulation sheets.
Electrical Application PF Moulding Powder

Electrical Application PF Moulding Powder

Industrial Heavy Electrical Insulators
Applications
High-dielectric switch boards, circuit breakers, insulators, relays, and power distribution components.
Composition
A high-performance phenolic matrix fortified with high-dielectric mineral silicates, calcined clay, and chopped glass fibre reinforcers for zero tracking current risk.
Processing
Hot compression moulded under heavy tonnage to produce parts needing complete electrical isolation. Used for arc-resistant switchgear housings, industrial circuit breakers, power distribution bars, and terminal fuse boards.
